Room 6 and Room 7 have created an exciting movie for our Manaiakalani film festival. We are a team of year 3/4 and 7/8 students who usually buddy up for reading and thought this would be another great way to continue our learning together.
We had so much fun, learning how to hold a camera, take sequenced shots as well as looking forward and sideways towards the camera. We had a few challenges around sound and props, but loved making it anyway.
Its called "Breaking News Covid Level 3"

Hello My Name is Tupua from St Pius X school, I really like it how you try and become News Presenters and how you tried to reiterate the stuff the News said in your own words, I Suggest for you to add some music because I could barely hear any, But that is just my suggestion for you, Yours Sincerely, Tupua
ReplyDeleteKia ora Room 6 and 7. My name is Phil and I am a facilitator with the Ako Hiko cluster of schools in Auckland. What a great idea to work with your buddy class on the film. I enjoyed your clear and loud voices, just like the newsreaders on TV. How did you overcome the challenges that you mentioned?
